Donations

We gladly accept new or gently used, clean, and ready for re-sale donations. Thank you very much for supporting the Connections Thrift Shoppe!

Starting June 30, we will be receiving donations at our PRC Office on Mondays from 10 am – 5pm. 

Donations can be dropped off at our PRC Office (3 Ten Mile Drive Granby, CO) at our donation drop-off door on the side of the building every Monday, beginning June 30th. Knock on the door and an attendant will be with you shortly. We ask for a limit of one bag of donations per person.

Items We Take

  • Accessories: jewelry, purses, hats, belts, scarves, and sunglasses
  • Backpacks and suitcases
  • Books: paperback, hardback and audio
  • CD’s, DVD’s
  • Clothing: Men’s, Women’s, Children’s and Infants
  • Collectibles & antiques
  • Dishes, serving ware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils
  • Small Furniture in good condition: side tables, nightstands, coffee tables, etc.(Please send pictures to 970-531-2953 for pre-approval)
  • Home décor: wall art, mirrors, knick-knacks, throw pillows, collectibles
  • Housewares: kitchen items (no appliances please)
  • Linens: bed linens, bath/hand towels, sheets, spreads/comforters, table linens
  • Shoes: all ages
  • Sporting goods
  • Toys: plush animals, puzzles and games

Items We Do Not Take

  • Any broken, stained or non-functional item
  • Bed pillows (unless brand new)
  • Car seats
  • Chemicals or any flammable liquids (paint, propane canisters, oil etc.; also includes any tools with gasoline still inside)
  • Construction materials (esp. chemicals or paint)
  • Cribs
  • Diaper genies
  • Flooring (tiles, carpet, etc.)
  • Large Furniture (we are unable to accept anything larger than a coffee table, please send pictures to 970-531-2953 for preapproval if you’d like to donate a furniture item)
  • Furniture that is worn, torn, covered with pet hair or has odors
  • Home remodeling items (ceiling lights and fans, window blinds, paneling etc.)
  • Small Appliances (microwaves, hairdryers, etc.)
  • Large appliances or equipment
  • Large appliances (stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers etc.)
  • Large office equipment
  • Mattresses
  • Printers
  • Televisions
  • Workout equipment (without prior approval)
